What Is The Fastest Way To Get In Touch?

There are many different ways you can get in touch with one of our representatives. We are available on social media channels, website live chat, email support and through calling in.

Please note all services are only available during opening hours - if you message outside opening hours we will get back to you as soon as your message is received.

I Haven't Received My Order Yet?

Please do read the delivery policy of each channel we sell on; We are present on Amazon, eBay, OnBuy and several other channels. Channels might have a different delivery period depending on the product/provider.

If you have placed your order directly through geepas.co.uk all of our orders are sent out with next day delivery if ordered before 2pm that day. If you have placed your order past the cut-off period your order will be sent out the following day.

All of your order information will be updated as soon as there is a tracking number where you will be able to see in real time when your order will be with you.

Have I Placed A Pre-Order?

We have several products that are in high demand. Many customers missed out on placing an order on products they want due to the product selling out. We have pre-orders live for several products in our store.

If the item you are about to order is a pre-order it will be labelled clearly on the product page when the item will be coming back in stock and that you are placing a pre-order.

We always provide as much information as possible regarding your order, delivery times, pre-orders and anything you might need before placing your order with us. Please do bear in mind there might be waiting times to get a response back from the customer care team - we aim to respond to your emails within 24 hours or less.
