Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number. To track your order and see any updates please visit track my order

All orders placed before 5pm will be dispatched the same day. If you have placed your order after 5pm it will be dispatched the following day.

We will always ship with the fastest and most reliable courier for your order. In cases where you have ordered multiple items, they might be sent out separately (not in the same shipment).

Unfortunately, in most cases you will not be able to cancel your order once it is placed. As we work on dispatching your orders the same working day - we are unable to cancel orders.

This depends, if your order has not been dispatched we are able to make certain amends. If your order has been dispatched or on the way to you we are unable to make any changes.

No, we do not require you to create an account or store any information with us. We do recommend creating an account to keep track of your orders, promotional offers, returns, refunds, etc.

If your order is damaged or faulty, please send an email to our customer service team at support@geepas.co.uk and the team will promptly guide you through what to do next.

Returns & Exchanges

To arrange a return please send an email to our team at support@geepas.co.uk - the team will arrange the return for you.

If the item is faulty or damaged, we will provide a free shipping label. In cases where the product is in full working condition and you decide to return it, you will be responsible for the return costs.

You are covered by a 30-day return guarantee.

If you would like a refund for your order, please make sure it is in the same condition as when you ordered it, in its original packaging. Once you have returned it back to us we will process the refund.

We do not have a self serve return/exchange portal. If you would like to exchange an item please get in touch with our customer support team at support@geepas.co.uk.


You will be refunded back to the original form of payment used to place the order. For example if you used your debit card to place the order, the refund will be sent back to that card.

Once we have sent you a confirmation that your refund has been processed, it will take between 3-5 business days for the refund to arrive back in your account.

If you have placed your order with Klarna, it will be refunded the same as a normal refund.
