We have you covered, we would like to ensure that every single customer has the best experience possible - If you change your mind, you can return the product back to us within 30 days of it being dispatched. The item has to be unused and in its original packaging.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING RETURN COSTS UNLESS THE ITEM IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED.
Your Return Policy:
- When initiating product returns, ensure that the condition of the items is akin to their state when initially delivered by the seller. For a successful return, include all original packaging. Please ensure that all returned products are complete, as incomplete returns will not be eligible for a refund and will be considered unauthorized.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are all responsible for covering the costs of returns without exceptions.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase - our products are sold by multiple different vendors on different marketplaces. This means if you have not purchased the product from our verified marketplace channels or through the website, you will be required to follow the vendor's return policy!
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
The Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund, please make check your bank account/original payment method.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective (not caused by you).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs whilst returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
