At Geepas, we want every customer to have the best experience possible. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 30 days of dispatch. To be eligible, the item must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging. Several types of goods cannot be returned, including intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and certain health or personal care products.
All returned items must be in the same condition as when delivered and include all original packaging. Incomplete returns or items not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund and may be considered unauthorized. If you purchased your product from a third-party marketplace rather than our verified channels, you must follow that vendor’s return policy.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING RETURN COSTS UNLESS THE ITEM IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED.
Your Return Policy:
- When initiating product returns, ensure that the condition of the items is akin to their state when initially delivered by the seller. For a successful return, include all original packaging. Please ensure that all returned products are complete, as incomplete returns will not be eligible for a refund and will be considered unauthorized.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase - our products are sold by multiple vendors on different marketplaces. This means if you have not purchased the product from our verified marketplace channels or through the website, you will be required to follow the vendor's return policy!
Faulty item return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email support@geepas.co.uk with a description of the fault. Include photos or videos showing the issue, proof of purchase such as an invoice or order confirmation, and your details, including name, address, phone number, and product/SKU.
Step 2: Assessment & Solution
We will review your case and either help troubleshoot the problem, send a replacement part, or arrange a return if the product cannot be fixed.
Step 3: Return, Refund, or Replacement
If a return is needed, we will provide a pre-paid label via a link. We will assess the product, either repair it or provide a replacement product, or if the return is within 30 days, offer a refund.

If you change your mind, you can return the item within 30 days of dispatch. Email support@geepas.co.uk to advise that you wish to return the product.
Step 2: Prepare Your Return
Pack the item securely with all original packaging and make sure it’s in the same condition as received. Some items cannot be returned, including intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
Step 3: Send & Refund
Send the item to 116 Cannock Road, Wolverhampton, England, WV10 0RR. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. Once we receive it, we will assess it, and we will process your refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Partial refunds may be granted for items returned in a damaged or incomplete condition, or if returned more than 30 days after delivery.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
The Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account/original payment method.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@geepas.co.uk.
Sale items:
- Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive damaged or defective. To request an exchange, email support@geepas.co.uk. Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs whilst returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
