Geepas™ Warranty Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Geepas. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from, Amazon, Ebay, Onbuy, Wayfair or Robert Dyas (the "Physical Goods"). You may also register your product for warranty if you purchased it from a shop, however you will have to send us a proof of purchase via email to (receipt) to confirm your warranty registration.
What Does The Geepas Warranty Cover?
The Geepas Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Geepas will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What Will We Do To Correct Problems?
Geepas will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. Otherwise, we will send out a free of charge brand new replacement.
How Long Does The Warranty Last?
The warranty period lasts for one year from the date of purchase as standard, or for two years if you register your purchase with us within 28 days. To register your product visit and fill out all of the required fields.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
Accidental damage or faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect or careless of the operation.
Damage caused by use of the Geepas kitchen appliance for anything other than normal domestic household purposes.
Damage caused by use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the operating instructions.
Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Geepas.
