I Haven't Received My Order Yet?

Please do read the delivery policy of each channel we sell on; We are present on Amazon, eBay, OnBuy and several other channels. Channels might have a different delivery period depending on the product/provider.

If you have placed your order directly through geepas.co.uk all of our orders are sent out with next day delivery if ordered before 2pm that day. If you have placed your order past the cut-off period your order will be sent out the following day.

All of your order information will be updated as soon as there is a tracking number where you will be able to see in real time when your order will be with you.

Have I Placed A Pre-Order?

We have several products that are in high demand. Many customers missed out on placing an order on products they want due to the product selling out. We have pre-orders live for several products in our store.

If the item you are about to order is a pre-order it will be labelled clearly on the product page when the item will be coming back in stock and that you are placing a pre-order.
