I Haven't Received My Order Yet?

Please do read the delivery policy of each channel we sell on; We are present on Amazon, eBay, OnBuy and several other channels. Channels might have a different delivery period depending on the product/provider.

If you have placed your order directly through geepas.co.uk all of our orders are sent out with next day delivery if ordered before 2pm that day. If you have placed your order past the cut-off period your order will be sent out the following day.

All of your order information will be updated as soon as there is a tracking number where you will be able to see in real time when your order will be with you.

Quality is ok as I doubt the handles and the plastic parts … but it works like a charm !

After using the mixer for a month. Works well to grind Indian spicies and masala. The build quality is average. Can get better build quality for 1/3 the price. Doesn’t have an automatic safety feature. Mixer can be switched on without a jar on in.

Delivery was suppose to be next day but took 3 days. Called service provider regarding the same . Service is poor and people need to be trained, lack basic etiquettes.

If built quality, safety and service is ignored; the mixer grinder serves the purpose to grind Indian cuisine masala. However considering the build quality I am sceptical about the longevity.

Geepas in the home...
